Celebrating history with the Deer Isle-Stonington Historical Society

On Saturday, July 28, Deer Isle-Stonington Historical Society participated in “Touring Through Time” with eight other area towns. Live demonstrations of blacksmithing, rug braiding, quilting, tatting and more were on display, as well as tours, exhibits and live music.
