Presenting ‘The Rock Show'

Students at Explorations Learning Center in Deer Isle presented their student-written-and-produced skit, The Rock Show, to family and friends on November 19. The gameshow-style skit was the vehicle for students to express what they had learned about rocks and the rock cycle throughout the trimester. After the show, students invited guests inside to enjoy snacks from a menu created to represent models of the various rock cycle. Students rounded out the evening by sharing selected examples of work that they had completed this year.
