Spooktacular event takes trick-or-treat to new level.
Ghosts and goblins, witches and fairies, princesses and superheroes of all stripes took to the streets for the annual Stonington Spooktacular celebration on October 26. The day kicked off with pumpkin carving, stories, crafts and healthy treats compliments of Parents Are Leaders at the Island Community Center followed by the Trick-or-Treat parade and activities at Opera House Arts.
