Future of Our Schools meeting to share options, costs
The fourth Future of Our Schools public meeting will take place Wednesday, November 7, at 6 p.m. in the Reach Performing Arts Center.
Reports will be given on the building costs of combining the schools into one building, projected changes in school budget numbers if the high school were to close and the schools were combined into one building, and an update on plans for holding the public vote on options for the high school, according to information provided by the school.
This will be the last public meeting before the Future of Our Schools Committee submits its report to the school board and community in December. More public meetings will be scheduled after the release of the report to discuss its contents and answer questions.
