U.S. Senator Angus King visited the island Monday, July 2, visiting Burnt Cove Market, Greenhead Lobster, Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries and, in an unplanned stop, the evening Stonington selectmen’s meeting. The next morning, King visited Geoffrey Warner Studio and Haystack before heading off island for stops in Ellsworth and Washington County.
